Terms of Service

Website prices are preliminary estimates based on the information supplied and standard-home assumptions. They are not a final proposal. Ambassador will confirm the home’s actual size, condition, location, and any additional systems, structures, features, access needs, materials, or other requirements with you. The final scope and price may differ from the website estimate and will be reviewed with you before service begins.

Submitting a request asks Ambassador to contact you to discuss your home. It does not reserve an appointment, start a subscription, authorize a charge, or replace the service agreement. We schedule personally with you. The approved service agreement and payment arrangements are completed separately before enrollment.

We’d love to hear about your home and explore how we can help. Share your address so we can discuss the care options available. If ongoing service is not available at your address yet, you can choose to receive home-care tips and occasional service-area updates. That email preference is optional and is separate from permission to respond to your request.

Monthly, quarterly, and yearly payment options use the same effective rate. No current upfront discount is offered. Selecting a preference does not authorize a payment. Applicable tax, materials, and separately approved work are additional.
